I have made several disputes pleading with the credit bureaus to honor my request due to my hospitalization. I just pulled my credit report and i noticed that my date of birth and/or address is incorrect or not fully there on my credit report. Im questioning the bureaus investigation. And i believe that the bureaus are in direct violation of FCRA 15 USC 1681a. They have repeatedly sent me letters claiming that the accounts are verified but failed to conduct a properly lawful investigation as law 15 USC 1681a states.
