On XX/XX/2021, the attached dispute was sent to XXXX. USPS receipts indicate the dispute was delivered on XX/XX/2021. To date, no response has been received from XXXX. Despite this, the public record in question remains on my 3 major credit reports and XXXX report. I have attempted to dispute the record in question with the credit reporting agencies ( Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX ), however they have stated in writing on several occasions that they were able to verify the record despite my XXXX report being frozen at the time. This would also mean XXXX continues to provide my information despite the freeze existing which supposedly legally bars them from doing so.
