Due to the covid 19 global pandemic I was unable to make my payments on my XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX on time for the months of XXXX of 2020 and XXXX of 2020. I have since resolved this issue with XXXX themselves, they updated the remarks on the late payments to remove the late status on those payments due to the pandemic. XXXX and XXXX have updated my reports but Experian not only haven't, they updated it back to late status. This is hindering my overall credit thus hindering my ability to purchase a home.
