During Covid XXXX the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX were closed in my area there was no way to make my loan payment. I didn't have access to their online service. The customers services lines were down at XXXX XXXX for a few weeks during this time. Once the bank opened I made my payments and the branch manager said she would address the problem and have the late payment removed. I found out when I applied for a line of credit in XXXX that the negative payment was still on my report. I was instructed to write a letter to the main branch XXXX east XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX this was XX/XX/XXXX, again I was told it will be taken care of. Still no results my credit is still impacted with a low score on Experian reports.
