My Wells Fargo interest only HELOC of {$85000.00} matured on XX/XX/XXXX. YES XXXX! I had timely paid all 180 monthly payments.. My mortgage payments beginning in XX/XX/XXXX were all timely paid. My credit cards were all current. I had a FICO score of XXXX. I began the renewal process in XX/XX/XXXX by submitting documents to support my wages, Social Security and rental income. Wages was {$40000.00} Social Security of {$20000.00} and rental Income of $ XXXXThe Wells Fargo position was payment in full and refused to accept any monthly payments. Of note, I was given credit for the XXXXXX/XX/XXXX payment. As this negotiating process continued after the maturity date, I was marked late for the months of XXXX, XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Other mortgage companies gave the three late payments as the reason for refusing any financing. If a refi was negotiated, the monthly payment would have been less than the current XXXX XXXX % mortgage payment alone. This account was bounced from renewal of the HELOC to Refinancing then back to HELOC and then to Home Preservation then to Forebearance. Each time the process required submission of the supporting documents. BTY per Wells Fargo my current FICO score is XXXX.!!! I am now XXXX years old. Is this age discrimination or merely incompetence??. I have been injured financially as I am locked into the XXXX XXXX % mortgage and in that in seeking employment, when a company checks my bank reference all negotiating is ended..
