There is a debt from XXXX in the amount of {$2400.00} that I have to keep disputing and requesting validation on for the the past year or so. In XX/XX/2020 XXXX sold this debt to a company named XXXX XXXX ; who failed to validate the debt and was deleted from my report. Then XXXX decided to sell the {$2400.00} debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/2020 ; and in turn they failed to validate the debt and was deleted from my reports the 2nd time. Now going on the third attempt ; XXXX has decided to sell this {$2400.00} debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX company in XXXX, NC. I have sent out a certified letter to this new company to validate this debt XXXX debt for {$2400.00}. I am tired of XXXX keep going from different collection companies ; trying to collect a debt they failed to validate twice already. I have asked them several times to provide the following items below for validation : An explanation of what this alleged account balance is for. A calculation of this balance ; including the complete payment history on this account, so I have proof that the amount is correct. Documentation showing, I agreed to pay this debt The Agreement that grants authority to collect on this alleged debt. A copy of your state license, including license number. XXXX has violated my consumer rights and failed to validate this debt at my request ; which is an FDCPA violation and they continued to report a disputed debt which is an FCRA violation. The FCRA requires the company and bureaus to verify the validity of this debt within 30 days. If the validity can not be confirmed, they are obligated by law to remove it from my credit file. Since they have failed so many times I am asking that they cease sending me collection letters from several different companies trying to collect a debt that does not belong to me and I have provided documentation stating this does not belong to me.
