I have received a bill that was created on XX/XX/2021 from XXXX XXXX XXXX for charge off balance : XXXX and a balance of XXXX stating that an account was created with my personal information without my permission and a debt that was not validated by me the original creditor and consumer. It was stated that this information was sent to the litigation department in their company and any information obtained to about me to collect debt will be used for that purpose. I will be mailing a letter to dispute this debt and to demand this company to remove this collection from off all three credit bureaus. Also to cease and desist all communication with me written and orally and sending a affidavit of truth. This company violated list of all the violations under FDCPA with a monetary of {$1000.00} 15 usc 1692c ( a ) 15 usc 1692d ( 1 ) 15 usc 1692e ( 10 ) 15 usc 1692f ( 1 ) and Identity Thief collection my personal info without consent and account made without my knowledge.
