Transunion LLC, located at XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX has been receiving letters from me since XXXX of 2020 regarding an account, XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have submitted letters on my behalf asking them to " verify '' this account according to the FCRA rules and regulations. They have failed to do so each time. The response is always it has been " verified '', but they never disclose how. I have been compliant with whatever is asked of me from them ( submitting police reports for identity theft ) and still they fail to comply according to the rules and regulations, which states, that they, in fact must submit proof as to how they " verified '' this debt. The debt in question does not belong to me. I never resided at the residence that is charging me with the debt. Please review the attached documents from both me and Transunion. Upon review, you will determine that they are not providing any proof as to how they can prove this erroneous debt belongs to me. They need to be held accountable for being non-complaint.
