During the pandemic last year Huntington Bank put on their website that they were allowing all clients to make late payments on mortgages and personal loans and they would not report to the credit bureaus as long as they were not 90 days past due. In XXXX and XXXX of 2020 my ex-husband paid the mortgage late. It was maybe 32-35 days late. It was not 90 days late. Yet, Huntington still reported it to the credit bureau even though they had stated they would not report it. I have called, I have sent letters with no response, and I have filed multiple disputes with the credit bureaus. Nothing has been done about this except Huntington changing on one of the credit reports that instead of paying late in XXXX and XXXX that I paid late in XXXX and XXXX.
