back in 2017 I took out a loan with Moneylion. They require you to sign up for a membership to get better interest rates. I paid the payment for the loan and an additional {$70.00} a month which comes out {$39.00} twice a month. The fee has been withdrawn 23 times while other times it was not. The fee was supposed provide an investment account. I called month back ask about how to get funds out of my investment account and found out NO INVESTMENT ACCOUNT. I called and a ticket was opened. A week later I called and it was escalated with no ETA on a fix. I reached out to multiple people in Leadership positions at Moneylion on XXXX. I received a call from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX when I returned the call it went to voicemail and will not allow you to leave multiple. This was false and misleading and to not have the ability to cancel or stop the ACH debit for the membership this is my last ditch effort to get this resolved.
