XX/XX/2021 -- -I am in the process of refinancing my home with ALLY Home Loans. ALLY told me I was getting a credits of {$1700.00}. During the process they said that my appraisal had come in lower then expected and then took away the credits. Their appraisal appears to be intentionally low as it appraised lower then houses on my street that are lower quality construction. I complained to the company and they said I could order a new appraisal but there is a 5 % success rate. They then told me to buy down my rate and pay more to them.
