I have submitted my disputes to the 3 major credit bureaus but there has been no proof of complete, timely and accurate reporting according to E-Oscar and Metro 2 Compliance. Data Furnisher is in Violation of FCBA 15 US Code SS 1666 and the FCRA. I was never notified about these inaccurate reporting accounts on my credit report. Data furnisher is in violation for not doing an investigation and not responding to billing disputes as well as requiring prompt crediting of refunds.
