I have contacted Experian several times regarding collections agencies not responding to validation requests that I have sent, which to my knowledge they can not report on these things legally without validating them at the consumers request. The last letter that I received from Experian basically stated that they would not remove the collections because they were valid ( but still no proof of validation sent to me although I requested it ). This is against the FCRA and CFPB rules.
