On XX/XX/2021 I made a payment of {$750.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX for a debt they acquired from XXXX. The original amount of the debt was {$3800.00}. Until today, the amount of debt shown is still {$3800.00} with {$0.00} payments. I disputed this with Experian and they concluded that XXXX XXXX was accurate. I then disputed again with a picture of the payment from my bank account to them and they just emailed me letting me know that XXXX XXXX XXXX has certified that the information they have is accurate and they will not change anything on my credit report. I will upload a picture of the payment and the decision from Experian. Im writing to you in hopes that neither one of these companies is able to get away with something like this. Thank you
