Please help. I applied for an apartment and this apartment turned out to be fraudulent I filed a claim with Wells Fargo and I submitted the screenshot they requested and they still three months later close the case and continue to have my account negative over {$1000.00} and have a continued to accumulate {$35.00} overdraft fees for months I have contacted Wells Fargo and asked for this money to be returned and they say that the case is closed and I have to re-open a new case I reopen a new case three months later and submit the screenshot they request it again and I just contacted Wells Fargo today which is XX/XX/2021 and the representative told me that this case has no information linked to it I am tired of Wells Fargo treating me like this I would like my money back I open my account in Minnesota I live in Minnesota I bank in Minnesota I have struggled for months and months and I have lost my job to Covid and Wells Fargo a big of a corporation as it is comes down to damage and hurt consumers that are already vulnerable in this current time please help me get my money back XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX MN XXXX XXXX XXXX
