My wife and me opened an account in Wells Fargo by the least six years ago. We live in XXXX and all the time we want to access to our info bank, our deposit or simply to know if is possible to use our credit or debit card. Wells Fargo prevent us to access to our account and to our money and is impossible to use the online banking because that tool is blocked for any reason that the bank and the people working for it don't resolve. Is inconcebible and crazy can't access to our money or our account because none reason.
