1 ) On XX/XX/2021 I sent the attached debt violation letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX pursuant to 15 USC 1692. ( See exhibit A ). 2 ) In XXXX they responded ( with no date on the letter ) with a notice of receipt and a promise to change the status of the reporting on my credit to Paid in Full- XXXX Balance within 30 days. ( See Exhibit B ) On XXXX XXXX The specific items required for validation were not received. XXXX XXXX XXXX is in violation of 15 USC 1692 for the following acts : XXXX XXXX committed fraud by ignoring the cease and desist. XXXX XXXX XXXX failed to provide the amount of the alleged debt. XXXX XXXX XXXX failed to provide the name and address of the original creditor. XXXX XXXX XXXX continued to report derogatory, unverified information to the credit reporting agencies within the 30 day period and until present day. XXXX committed deceptive practices in their debt collection efforts by failing to perform as promised in their letter. In my letter I stated they were to cease and desist until debt collection activities until all requested items were provided. This includes reporting any derogatory information to the credit reporting agencies. I tried several times to call and have someone update the file, but I was told there is no one I can speak with. Unverified Items must be deleted within 30 days. These unverified items are still reporting to all 3 bureaus, which is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
