On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent " Credit Collection Serv Account # XXXX '' a followup letter regarding an alleged debt collection on my credit report by the company " Credit Collection Serv '' which I have also reached out to with no response on these same exact dates. The company has not responded to my verification letters sent on the the aforementioned dates above. It has now been over 30 days since the original dispute on XX/XX/XXXX that has not been addressed neither by the credit bureau XXXX nor the creditor, Credit Collection Serv. They are both in violation of my rights under the " Fair Credit Act '', for not producing verification documents of this alleged debt on my credit report that is affecting my credit scores and ability to obtain credit. I demand that they immediately remove this debt upon receipt of this notice. Further more, I have also submitted a complaint here with both XXXX and the creditor, Credit Collection Serv, for their failure to provide proof of debt with original documentation for the alleged collection account on my credit report. Please see to it, that this time is removed immediately off my XXXX credit report.
