On XX/XX/2021 I went into a purchase agreement for a stay with XXXX ( the reservation was under my wifes name XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and used their platform. The total amount is for {$4100.00}. My stay was supposed to be from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/2021. I only stayed the night of the XXXX and the host changed our reservation for just the one night which is reflected in the reservation due to issues of the home and the remaining nights were to be credited back. I reached out to Affirm and received a message back saying after reviewing my information, i'm responsible, which i should not be. I provided all information including the owners name and also reached out to XXXX numerous times and am unable to get help. I do not believe they investigated fully because they would have been able to see that my refund was supposed to have been issued. Even XXXX could not get in touch with the host as well. They should raise a red flag as well. I have numerous loans out that i have been paying for with them and i feel this has not been looked into far enough. Ive provided detailed details as well. I just feel if this type of issue cant be rectified then i do not need to keep referring others or continue to do business.
