I filed a complaint with your agency on XXXX # XXXX and received a message on XXXX that American Express would be crediting my account for the amount disputed. Today, XX/XX/2021, I received a message from American Express that the charge would be placed back on my account because XXXX XXXX provided an invoice for the charge. I contacted American Express again and was informed that they would not credit my account for the {$30.00} charge and I had to contact XXXX XXXX. I attempted to contact XXXX XXXX and was informed there was a XXXX hour wait to speak with someone. Again, this charge was for my son 's luggage, which should have been complimentary because I purchased his ticket with my American Express. We checked in at the XXXX in both XXXX and XXXX and for some reason the system did not recognize my credit card for my son 's ticket and charged me for his luggage.
