I opened this account with the proper address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX California XXXX XXXX XXXX 's statements get to our home delayed and times we receive no statements due to fact that the statements get lost in mail or sent back to XXXX XXXX. I requested that the address to be corrected and no action had been made to correct the address. XX/XX/2020 - XXXX XXXX charged me an ANNUAL FEE which is not a goods or service. Regardless, I did not get the statement so being busy with my business - this annual fee was not paid. I incurred a 30 day late which took down my score from the 700 's. I eventually paid the annual fee, but this time request that XXXX XXXX please change the address to the correct legal address so I receive their statements. I have requested that XXXX XXXX remove the 30 day late and refund the {$27.00} late fee. I would have paid gladly but now my family harmed due to XXXX XXXX 's failure to take down our correct address and make requested change. NOTE : Please only pull a soft pull both to XXXX XXXX and CFPB. I can not have my score destroyed further due to this address error and non- receipt of my statements. Thank you for your consideration.
