I looked at my XXXX credit report and it went down 56 points. I immediately look to see what it was and call the collection agency number to find out who it was from. Than I called the billing department at the hospital they didn't have any records of me at all. So they told me to call the collection agency and get a account number. I called them and they gave me a number and they said that the bill came from a doctor not the hospital and they gave me the doctor 's name. So I called the billing department back and gave them the information and they said that the doctor 's don't have separate billing and the account number wasn't even close to the ones they use. And the guys I talk to at the agency told two different stories. I need this off my credit report.
