I was looking into my credit report and I noticed that Alliance Collection Agencies had reported information in my credit report which violates FCRA AND FDCPA. I sent certified letters to them to verified the accounts with not success. Instead they decided to report it to the all of the credit bureaus XXXX, XXXX & XXXX XXXX. Since they violated the FCRA & FDCPA I am forced to file a suit for not complying with my request. This account is NOT VERIFIED and I had enough of their negligence. Attached you will find the letter was sent to them on XX/XX/2021.
