Ive submitted 2 disputes with XXXX regarding Midland Credit Management reporting inaccurate information on my credit report. I called XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX and spoke to a representative. I explained the inaccuracy in reporting. The above-mentioned collection company bought my debt from XXXX on XX/XX/2020 but keeps reporting the payments are 1 month late. The report needs to state 13 months late. After 20 minutes on hold, XXXX hung up on me. I didnt make any payment arrangements with Midland or request any COVID-19 payment relief. Ive been in communication with my debt collectors and have negotiated several settlements during the pandemic. Ive reached out to the collection agency to settle but they havent returned my calls.
