On XX/XX/2021, I received a billing statement from Frost-Arnett Company stating I owed a debt. On XX/XX/2021 I mailed a debt validation letter to Frost-Arnett asking for the original contract, creditor, alleged account number. On XX/XX/2021 I received a letter from Frost-Arnett stating they had received the debt validation letter, but instead of presenting the original contract, they instead sent medical bills. On XX/XX/2021 I mailed Frost-Arnett yet a second letter asking for the original contract, original creditor, and alleged original account number. At this time I have not heard from them. On XX/XX/2021 I mailed Frost-Arnett a Cease and Desist letter, along with a copy of the letter with the violations listed/highlighted, and an invoice for the violations.
