XX/XX/XXXX I contacted ( XXXX XXXX ) who sent me a Pre-Approved offer on a personal loan Up to {$50000.00}. I spoke to representative XXXX who said oh! Sorry your application Has just been rejected because of insufficient income. I said I just learned about you ( company ) this week, I received this offer. Where did you get my financial information from? XXXX said from Experience Credit Bureau I said I dont know where they would have got my financial info from. I told XXXX I just turned down a company Who I went through their process To receive {$50.00} K or more but their fees too high 10.9 % = {$5400.00} fee to ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) XXXX replied we got your information XX/XX/XXXX. Experian provided a form filled out requesting {$7000.00}. I said I do not recall asking for loan Offers and I dont know how they would know my finances. She said ( XXXX XXXX ) also Has shown this same information on my soft pull credit report. XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX I spoke To Experian representative XXXX ( no ID provided ) Who i retold same concern that I told XXXX. XXXX put me on hold To research issue. I said I want to know did I request through Experian website loan offers because I am on App/ Website I do not see how to ask for personal loan offers. Are the offers I have been getting an inside thing offered me by Experian credit? Yes, XXXX said. I want proof that I asked and filled out this offer from XXXX XXXX. He said I just deleted your offers you wont be bothered any more. I asked more questions and he did not give any answer, then his phone disconnected. I called back at XXXX XXXX putting in my social number as prompted. I was trying for live operator but auto voice only offered me options Of doing credit Alert or credit Freeze. How Rude and suspicious to end a customer call this way. To think I pay Monthly for them to do extra to protect my credit. I worked hard to maintain excellent credit status. It should be expected that All Credit Bureaus do all they can to protect not just me but all clients information. My expressed approval should have been obtained from me to share my information with others. My Credit is often kept on locked status But that has not stopped un solicited offers. which there have been many occurrences That my credit file was accessed by other companies doing a soft pull while I had my credit locked.
