I'm writing you to see why my mortgage payment has increased. The original bank was XXXX XXXX, followed by Caliber. I'm trying to apply for a loan modification with current bank. But as of yet no one has processed my request. The reason for the request is to investigate my mortgage loan that was abruptly moved from 1 bank to the other.
