XXXX XXXX notified me of an inquiry on my XXXX credit report. When I contacted XXXX on XX/XX/2021 dispute this error, they closed the dispute within twelve hours, responding that it was a factual record of file access. I had informed XXXX that I never authorized a credit report " pull '' to Curo XXXX XXXX, ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, KS XXXX ) nor have I authorized Any company to pull my credit in the last 180 days. They chose to ignore my pleas that this access is fraudulent and my concerns that it will be used to commit fraud that may cause monetary damage to me. XXXX has offered to sell me a product that notifies my by text message for $ XXXX/month as a remedy to this dispute. I need the CFPB 's assistance to remedy this issue and prevent this from happening to other consumers. I have also contacted Curo XXXX XXXX but there is no way to get a hold of a human being so I left a message. Please help!!!
