Back in 2020, I had a collections show up for XXXX XXXX that I have disputed in the past with another collections agency. The account was removed and deemed fraud. I have never ever had XXXX XXXX in my life. Since I have found out about this account in 2020 I have made all steps to protect my credit against fraud, using multiple companies to alert me of anything that appear or if someone tries to use my credit. I pay {$450.00} for 3 separate services monthly. As soon as this hit my account, I was made aware. I was never sent a letter from this company before they abruptly added false and fraudulent information on my credit. To date, the company has not been able to produce anything with my signature stating I agreed to any such services or agreed to pay any amount. The last information was when it was removed after filing a report here and it was marked as fraud with XXXX XXXX. This is causing me extreme XXXX just as I started getting my life back to normal. It came at such a surprise, I had to leave work and come home. This is not good for my health right now. I have also contacted my attorney in regards to this. I want this company to remove this off my account immediately as it is not my account and I never agreed to any services with this company nor did u sign any contract signing up with this company. The amount of this account is rather significant for cable TV which is another concern for legit consumers. If the account isn't removed, I will be taking steps for damages not only to my credit but my mental and physical health as this is fraudulent 100 %
