I seem to have a fraud issue with XXXX. They are trying to collect a debt since XXXX XXXX. At the time, I was only XXXX XXXX XXXX. I reported this incident to XXXX and XXXX and they were able to remove this from my credit report in about 3 days. However, I sent 2 reports to experian about this matter. One report contains my ID, explaining that I was a minor at the time. The other report was filed a week later to their customer support email, explaining that I was a minor at the time of this account opening and that I still haven't received a response back from customer support. I dont know the exact date of the reports that I made, but I know its been well over 30 days since sending these reports.
