Hello, I hope that you are well and that you had a good weekend. I have a complaint against Google Pay, specifically Google Pay support for misleading advertising and not adequately following up with me. I will provide screenshots of my correspondence with them. After initially running into an issue on XXXX XXXX with their XXXX XXXX XXXX and Cashback offers, I contacted Support and was told that I would receive a payment to my account shortly. After many attempts to contact them, I found that I was unable to get ahold of the representatives and receive updates. In the emails, you will see that I have opened around 5 cases for the same issue and it has been escalated numerous times, to little effect. Usually what happens is I get in contact with them, finally, and then they tell me that they need to consult with some other representative and that they will get back to me within 24-48 hours. Sometimes I would go a week without a response, and when they finally respond, it is another representative telling me to wait another 24-48 hours. This has gone on for two months. They also will not assist me in filing a complaint with their supervisor. I have provided all the required information that they asked for in a timely manner and have been diligent in following up. However, they have not returned that courtesy. So far I was told that someone would contact me again but I have not heard from them within their timeframe.
