I have disputed this information with XXXX several times and they refuse to update this account to paid. There is also another account with the same company opened XXXX XXXX. The account reports late XX/XX/XXXX but has never been late, I contacted the creditor and they confirmed as well this account was never late. THis account was paid off in full XX/XX/XXXX.
