XXXX AND EQUIFAX HAS FAILED TO DELETE ALL NEGATIVE REMARKS ON MY PREVIOUS STUDENT LOAN ACCOUNTS. XXXX DELETED ALL BUT ONE NEGATIVE STUDENT LOAN ACCOUNT. I WAS NEVER LATE ON MY STUDENT LOAN ACCOUNTS. THE LATE PAYMENTS OCCURED AFTER THE LOAN WAS ALREADY PAID OFF AND CLOSED FROM A CONSOLIDATION I DID. A LATE PAYMENT CAN NOT OCCUR ON AN ACCOUNT WHEN THAT ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PAID AND CLOSED. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? I HAVE TRIED TO FIX THIS DIRECTLY WITH THE LOAN SERVICER IN WHICH THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE FIXED THE ISSUE. BUT IF YOU SIMPLY LOOK AT MY CREDIT, THE ERRORS ARE STILL THERE. CFPB NEEDS TO ESCALATE THIS TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL POSSIBLE AS THIS IS A COMPLAINT THAT HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR OVER A YEAR AND COUNTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM DISGUSTED AT HOW THINGS ARE BEING INVESTIGATED AND " RESOLVED ''. THE ONLY RESOLUTION TO THIS IS TO DELETE ALL NEGATIVE INFORMATION TIED TO MY PREVIOUS STUDENT LOAN ACCOUNTS.
