XXXX XXXX alleged that I owed a credit card debt for {$1500.00}. I disputed it and they removed it from my credit report and stated I do not owe them on XX/XX/2021 due to identity theft. However, they sold the debt to a debt collection company, Midland Credit Management on XXXX XXXX, whom I have also explained that I do not owe this debt. Exhibit 1 and 2 are attached. I demand remedy from both companies for breach of my privacy rights as a consumer, reporting inaccurate information and causing mental harm over stressing about this situation that they caused. It is negatively affecting my employment and other financial necessities.
