Equifax has failed to properly investigate several accounts on my consumer report. They are willfully and carelessly furnishing inaccurate information which damages my credit reputation thereby stopping me from obtaining credit. I have sent in several correspondence directly to them via the USPS certified mail, all of which they have ignored. The document attached below is the most recent letter I sent them. All my previous letter before the one attached below were ignored in direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681i. It has been over sixty-five days since they received those letters and took no action. Unless Equifax takes immediate action, I will be taking legal action against them with the help of my State Attorney General and the FTC.
