I mailed these credit reporting agencies a letter on XXXXtelling them that these accounts listed were fraudulent, but they still kept the on anyway. they were supposed to remove them after 4 days of receipt of my letter under 15 USC 1681c-2. to this day XXXX XX/XX/2021 XXXX, these fraudulent inaccurate accounts and inquiries are still appearing on my credit report. over 30 days have passed, under the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, the bureaus was to have completed the reinvestigation of disputed information within 30 days. the 30-day mark has come and gone without any response from their office. I am asking the CFPB to please take charge so my consumer rights can be justified with proper remedy.
