There is a collection account added to all 3 credit bureaus for an account I have no idea about. I have never received in letters or phone calls pertaining to this fraudulent account. It appeared on my credit reports XX/XX/2021. It says this SouthWest Credit System, collection account for XXXX XXXX XXXX was opened on XX/XX/2021. They are requesting a total of {$400.00} that I have no idea about. Again I have never opened account with this company nor do I owe them any amount of money. I don't have any bills or documentation from either of these company 's. I was never notified or contacted in any kind of way. I need to see dates, addresses, a record of all billing and my signature of signing an agreement or contract for XXXX XXXX XXXX. This fraudulent account is damaging all 3 of my credit reports and scores. I would like for this to be investigated and removed immediately. SouthWest can't just go around putting false information in collections on my credit reports when I have never even heard of them. XXXX XXXX XXXX doesn't even exist and hasn't been around in years. How do I owe a company I have never had service with or that is no longer in business. I can not upload any documentation because I have never received anything in writing, no phone calls or via email from XXXX XXXX XXXX or SouthWest Credit System.
