XX/XX/XXXX I called Ally bank regarding a matter with my accounts. Customer service routing me to the the department handling the matter. I was very insulting my one of there members he handled the matter very unprofessional. He was yelling on the phone basically disrespected me. And told me never to call them again. After that I called them again and I did talk to a very respectful person on there. I do not believe this guy who talks to people on the phone disrespectful should be working in a bank. I want to know does ally bank condone this behavior by their people regardless of the department they work in. Then I called them on Saturday the XXXX asking for a Bank statement. I have to sit there on the phone and tell them I deserve a bank statement, but want to reroute me to another department and when I told them I deserve a statement. A hangup on the phone
