I am sending this CFPB complaint because I am very unhappy that XXXX, Transunion & XXXX are reporting information on my consumer report that I did not give them permission to report. Thats the first violation of my consumer protection laws. The next violation is FCRA 15 USC 1681 states the consumer reports can NOT include any of the following Credit transactions arising from my credit card. My credit card is my social security card according to 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( B ). The definition of a credit card under 15 USC 1681 means any card, plate, coupon book or other credit device existing for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor or services on credit. Notice congress said ANY card. The credit card is my social security card. I used this credit card to originate every consumer credit transaction listed on these letters. I am the original creditor due to the fact that I extended the credit to the corporation. The corporations can NOT validate or verify any accounts because they are not a natural person. I demand that you delete all the accounts I have listed on the letter or I will be filing for litigation!
