I've reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX several times to resolve this issue. My insurance company sent them a check for total {$10000.00} for total loss of the vehicle on XX/XX/12, the checked cleared on XX/XX/XXXX. I've attached a copy of the check for your review. XXXX never applied the payment to my account. They still have not located the check, although, I've sent them a physical copy of the checking containing the date, signature, and addressee of the check. This money has never been applied, after following the same steps each week of faxing them all the required documentation of the payment. I pray that you all can help me, I worked so hard to improve my life by make strides in my credit, only to have it diminished by the company. I've done everything they've requested, including emailing and faxing the checked they cashed. Pleasd help resolve this matter.
