I have a current & in excellent standing credit card with XXXX XXXX XXXX. Every month they report to each of the 3 credit reporting bureaus. However, when XXXX XXXX XXXX reported the three credit reporting bureaus this month, it had shown up on my XXXX and XXXX reports only. TransUnion is actually showing that this account never existed at all. Someone at TransUnion deleted the entire account which they had previously shown for the past year and a half. I contacted TransUnion, as well as XXXX XXXX XXXX, both of these companies keep telling me that I need to contact the other company. Again this account is open in good standing and should appear on my TransUnion credit report. However l, no one will remedy this situation. This is currently causing me extreme undue hardship by lowering my credit score especially at a time when I currently needed to get a loan to have XXXX XXXX this month. It seems to me the simplest fix to this situation would have been that XXXX XXXX XXXX could have just resent the information back over to TransUnion as TransUnion had asked for. But XXXX XXXX XXXX say they don't have this information to resend it to TransUnion which I find extremely difficult to believe. I would like to file a formal complaint against TransUnion for unethical business practices. A consumer should not have to do the jobs of these big corporations that hold so much power over our heads. Someone at TransUnion somehow deleted this entire record as it never existed whatsoever. Because of their egregious mistake, I should not have to bear the brunt of their ineptitude. I should not have to bear the stress of having to go out and make all of these documents to prove to XXXX XXXX XXXX that no it's not appearing on my TransUnion credit report. My job is to be a consumer, XXXX XXXX XXXX, their job is to report properly, and transunions job is to be accountable for the correct information in my credit file. This is a situation that needs to be rectified immediately as it is again destroying my credit score and causing me extreme undue stress and pressure and this is at the complete fault of TransUnion and they should be held accountable for my mental anguish and financial XXXX up for this month because now I will not be able to have XXXX because of them again, I am making a formal complaint and I need this taken care of post haste.
