To whom it may concern, I would like to file a formal complaint against Equifax for the following reasons. I'm providing my XXXX XXXX information that was submitted to defend against constantly delayed data updates and proper reflection that I'm a highly credit worthy citizen. NOTE : I have a perfect payment history, not one day late on paying anything. 1. Equifax has consistently been reporting 30-50 points below XXXX and XXXX for no justifiable reason. 2. Equifax has been significantly lowering my score for small increases and refusing to re-adjust after major decreases, lowered balances and paying offs. ( -20 ) XX/XX/XXXX - for a XXXX loan I paid off in full ( -9 ) XX/XX/XXXX - for decreasing a balance {$180.00} ( -51 ) XX/XX/XXXX - for a new card I opened that is now below 35 % ( -16 ) XX/XX/XXXX For a {$1900.00} balance increased that is now paid down well below 35 % ( -22 ) XX/XX/XXXX for a XXXX XXXX card I opened which is now paid down over 35 % ( -12 ) XX/XX/XXXX For paying off XXXX XXXX loan of XXXX ( -46 ) for credit utilization which are now all below 30 % -50 % lowered. ( -5 ) XX/XX/XXXX for decreasing a balance {$72.00} ( -21 ) for XXXX balance that increased by {$140.00}. XXXX payments are never missed 3. Equifax is projecting that I'm not credit worthy and interfering with my ability to lease my XXXX that I've waited 6 months to be receive. I will lose this car if you don't properly report data, my credit worthiness and score. TIME SENSITIVE : Their reporting is ruining my lease with XXXX XXXX and is going to keep me from picking up a car I've been waiting for, for over 6 months. This is feels like Torturous Intrusion against my right to credit and to live.
