I just noticed on my recent XXXX credit report and also when I pulled my credit on XXXX XXXX that Honda Financial Services is NOT reporting my paid loan which I have had with them and paid on time for three years now!!! They were reporting it!!! This is causing my credit score to drop as it looks like I have only had credit established for a year and a half which is untrue and it is also pulling my score down due to looking like I don't have a auto loan plus my perfect pay history for this amount of time is also pulling my score down, which is causing me to have to borrow at subprime rates when I have paid perfectly for most of my life!!!!! I am going to sue them and all of the credit reporting agencies and WILL contact XXXX XXXX to help me do so if they don't get my accounts corrected NOW and going forward!!! it is the CFPB 's job to make sure they are all reporting correctly and if they do not to sue them themselves and fine them for breaking the FCRA!!!! FIX MY REPORTS and sent me a physical copy of each report from XXXX, XXXX and XXXX showing all is correct as well as a copy to the CFPB for my file with them, do not close this complaint until all is correct!!!!!! This will be the last car loan I will take out with Honda Financial Services due to all of the problems associated with it too!!! I want the credit reporting agencies held accountable for their mistakes as well, financially!!!!!
