Arc Home LLC failed to release the mortgage I paid off approximately 2 1/2 years ago. I am selling the property and Arc Home LLC will not provide the release of mortgage to the buyer 's title company. Their failure to do so is interfering with my property rights. Dealing with the company and their mortgage servicer, XXXX XXXX, is a nightmare. I have made numerous calls, have spoken to many people, both at Arc and at XXXX XXXX, to no avail. Please help an aggrieved consumer so that Arc and XXXX XXXX might learn how to service a mortgage and a former customer. Thank you.
