I had a tree take out my house XX/XX/2017. This traumatic event meant I had to live in hotels and an apartment while XXXX rebuilt my house. During this time, I was not receiving my mail on a regular basis and I had to establish an array of payment arrangements with XXXX, a creditor for my younger son 's viola. Despite my paying XXXX and the music collection agency, XXXX, these debts are still shown on my credit score. When I log into Experian, my FICO scores show as XXXX with Experian and XXXX with XXXX. However, when banks pull hard credit records, they report low scores of XXXX. It's very confusing as I paid off the majority of my home with my ex-husband but I'm being penalized as if I never had a good mortgage payment history. Documents I am including are : a snapshot of my current scores from when I access Experian 's website ; XXXX paperwork showing my case re : rebuilding my home and settlement paperwork from the sale of my house, which could not have gone forward if the loan was in arrears. Correspondence fro XXXX is also attached. I appreciate feedback why credit records have little accuracy and accountability ; I have been working to fix my credit for over a year ; it's quite disheartening. Thank you for your time.
