Consumer Narrative
On XX/XX/2021 I closed and funded after selling my home. After 6 weeks I still did not have my escrow money back. I E-mailed United wholesale mortgage severs times about this with no response. I called twice they said that they had 20 days to mail it I agreed and said your received the pay off on XX/XX/XXXX and its XX/XX/XXXX?? They said they would get to it however I still have not seen this check! I believe the law is they have 20 days to refund my escrow why do they get to keep over XXXX dollars of my $ $
