Cap1/Bass : # XXXX I have requested Capital One to Terminate me as an Authorized User on account for the last 2 months. They refuse to terminate the account in addition to that, they are taking money out of my Bank Account for this card and it's not mine. I going to file a sue suit against them as I have requested them to stop attempting and drafting money out of my account and they continue to do so. Telling me the primary card holder has to change the banking account information, but it's coming out of account that clearly has my name on it ... The card is maxed out and it's effecting my credit score and causing me problems. I going to call the Attorney General and the governing body that covers the banks! The Primary Card name is : XXXX XXXX last four of social # XXXX. You can find that account that way!
