I have disputed this account numerous times. I have filed ftc reports and this item is still reporting on my credit report. This company has never validated this debt. This debt is not mines. They have never provided me with written proof with my signature on the original contract to validate this debt. They are in violation of 15 USC 1692gSec.809 ( b ). This company is also in violation of FDCPA sec 807 misleading and false reporting. This company continues to report inaccurate and false information which is ruining my life. I am in the process of getting a home and this item on my credit report is affecting me. It is false information and I will seek litigation if it removed immediately.
