I have been recieving phone calls for months, they will call twice in the morning and twice in the evening all week long. This is interrupting my life while on other important call, at work, praying, family time. This is completely disrespectful and against the law. I am exercising my rights as Credit Acceptance Corporation has violated my right under 15 usc 1692c subsection ( 1 ) and ( 3 ) I never gave Credit Acceptance Corporation any prior consent to communicate to me. Credit Acceptance Corporation had also violated 15 usc 1692d subsection ( 1 ) by threat of use of other criminal means to harm property of any person. Subsection ( 2 ) The use of obscene language. Subsection ( 5 ) Causing a telephone to ring. XXXX1 was the last day I notified they to not contact me while on the phone I had to let them know it's a violation under 15 usc 1692c.
