My complaint is with Equifax Credit Bureau.I have verifiable court documents, proof from the agency ( Attorney General Texas Child Support Account number # XXXX ) reporting info. And it is opposite of what Equifax is reporting. Equifax is Reporting my account over 120 days late. Equifax says they have verified it, but there is no way. I have submitted documented proof admissible in a court of law showing all my payments have been up to date. They must correct this info or delete the derogatory info. They deleted it once only to put it back 2 months later. It has hurt my ability to obtain credit. I have filed complaint with Equifax 2 times online and 3 on the phone always getting answer verified. And 2 times written to Equifax with the same answer. This is false info. I have submitted all documents proving my case. Please help me as this info they are reporting for Attorney General Child Support account # XXXX is totally false. I am attaching all documents for you to see. I have asked over in over to correct it or delete it from my reports. They are violating the law. I ask that this be permanently deleted from my credit report. I have documents of payments being current that is admissible in a court of law. I have attached all legal documents and identification which shows my payments are not late.
